Gruyere Puff Pastry RollGruyère Puff Pastry Roll

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet frozen puff patry dough, thawed
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup roasted mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chopped olives
  • 6 oz. Gruyère Cheese


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Top puff pastry with roasted red peppers, roasted mushrooms, chopped olives & Gruyère, gently roll up puff pastry and tuck ends under.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until dough is golden brown. Slice and serve.
