GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES

The following information and catering policies will assist you in planning your event.

Food and Beverage

The Boise Centre in-house culinary team is the exclusive provider of food and beverage service for all events held in our facility, offering our guests some of the finest cuisine in the Northwest. Catering from other providers is prohibited without the written consent from the Boise Centre General Manager.

Menu Selections

Our menus feature regional American and International flavors—made with quality ingredients and locally grown foods whenever possible. We’re proud to partner with Idaho Preferred in support of Idaho farmers, ranchers and food processors.

While these menus represent our most popular selections, our culinary team is available to design a menu to suit your particular needs. Click the links to the left to view each menu.

Beverage Service

In accordance with the Idaho State Liquor Commission’s regulations, Boise Centre is responsible for and must regulate the sales and service of all alcoholic beverages.

Payment

If the estimated total cost of your event is less than $500, we require full payment in advance. Otherwise, a 50% deposit of the estimated total amount is required 72 hours prior to the event, with the remaining 50% due 15 days after the event.

Guarantee

To ensure that your event runs smoothly, it is important that we receive your confirmed number of guests by 4:00 p.m., five (5) working days prior to the event. This will be considered your guaranteed attendance number. In addition, any increase in that number within seventy two (72) hours prior will result in a 10% surcharge per person, per menu price. If no guarantee is received by the specified time, the estimated number of persons will be considered your guarantee. Charges will be based upon your guaranteed attendance or the actual attendance, whichever is greater.

Seating, Decorations and Entertainment
  • Your Boise Centre event planner can help you finalize all the details. Here are some things to consider:

  • Napkins and tablecloths are available in a variety of colors.
