Technical Services

Our talented in house technology team is ready, willing and able to assist you with a range of equipment and services to support the communication and technology requirements of each and every event. Boise Centre in partnership with Production Services International (PSI) are the exclusive providers of all telecommunication, data and internet services for the venue.

Data Connectivity

Boise Centre offers complimentary reliable, high speed wireless internet with our dedicated 10MB up to 30MB shared service throughout the facility. This service allows everyone, meeting planners and conference attendees alike, to remain connected while they are attending functions at the Centre.

Wired internet service is also available through our internal gigabyte network, additional fees apply please contact your Event Manager for details.

Utilities

Boise Centre is the exclusive provider for all utility services and equipment.  When planning your function your Event Manager will work closely with you to determine any specific needs and will assist you in ordering the appropriate services to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

As outlined in the Boise Centre Decorator/Promoter Guide, it is the responsibility of the promoter or decorator to take utility orders from the exhibitors in advance for all utility requests.  No later than 14 days prior to the event, the promoter or decorator must provide the Event Manager with a total list of the exhibitors, booth numbers and utilities required.
