Shipping
Some important information about freight shipments: Boise Centre has limited capacity to store and manage incoming freight shipped for your show/event. All freight should be shipped directly to your show decorator. Please contact your Event Manager for more details.
No freight will be accepted at Boise Centre in advance of 48 hours of the event move-in. Boise Centre will hold freight in the warehouse for exhibitor pick up.

Shipping arrangements can be made with a company of your choice. A few suggestions are provided below:

Any excess show equipment must be kept in a storage area off site or on a truck.
Security
Although, the Boise Centre does not provide security for events we are happy to assist groups in arranging for approved security staff when it is needed. Please contact your Event Manager for more information.
